Providing You with Care at Home.

 

All care staff will be appropriately qualified to deliver the highest standards of care. A continuous staff training program is implemented to ensure that these high standards are maintained in line with the latest developments in care practices.

Trusting Hands Ltd was founded in 2002 to provide carer to both Social Services and private users.  We aim to provide high quality service to service users of all ages in their own homes respecting their independence, privacy and dignity to ensure they enjoy the best quality of life at home.  In the past years our Care Assistants distinctive uniforms have become a familiar sight throughout the Local Authority area (white tunics with navy trims)

 

Trusting Hands Ltd operates 365 days a year, from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.

The office is open from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. On call in operation outside these hours. You can contact us out of hours on 07714741891

 

We employ over 80 trained Care Assistants.  To ensure the health and care of our service users are in the very best hands, a great deal of trouble is taken choosing reliable, caring staff.  We check qualifications of all our carers rigorously and all references are thoroughly taken up to ensure that service users have peace of mind.

Services

You may require help for personal and/or domestic care tasks.  Our sensitive home care assistants allow you to maintain your independence in a dignified manner.  Personal care services may include:

 

Palliative care

    • Getting up from bed, toileting, bathing, washing and dressing

    • Assistance with putting to bed

    • Cooking meals

    • Prompting medication

    • General housekeeping duties

    • Shopping duties

To enable a service user to live comfortably and independently in their own home by providing care and attention this would not otherwise be available to them.  To enable each service user to live as full a life as their circumstances allow.
